The Peace March started from Raj Bhawan. It was flagged off by Mr. Virendar Mohan Trehan (President, FANS). Mr. Sudhakar Rao Naik, Governor of Himachal Pradesh received the Peace Marchers at the Ridge and addressed them on the need of National Integration and Communal Harmony.

Slogan Writing Competition

A slogan writing competition was organized. “Peace is Conquest” was the slogan which won the first prize.
