Conclusions
- The States need greater autonomy
- Democracy to be made stronger
- Gram Swaraj should be brought about to enable people's participation on grass root level
- The creation of a special class of people in the name of reservation has gone against the Article 14 of the Constitution which confirms equality of all citizens irrespective of their caste, creed, religion.
- To strengthen the party system, the Constitution should be amended so that only recognized political parties can contest elections
