Conclusions
- Religion is a personal affair to be practiced at ones home or place of worship. It should not influence political decision making
- Find ways and means to Delink Crime from Politics. It is unfortunate that a trend has set in where political parties are fielding candidates with criminal background justifying the choice on winnability factor.
- Political parties are deliberately encouraging fundamentalism for gaining votes which would adversely affect the social fabric of the country.
- Lay down minimum qualification for contesting in the elections.
- Discourage independents from contesting elections.
- Every MP should be a part of a Political party and the Party should be responsible for his deeds.
