Conclusions
- National Integration is crucial to a strong and united India.
- It is commendable that in spite of various secessionist moment we have been able to retain our geographical entity. But we have failed to generate the spirit of oneness amongst the people. If we keep on fighting amongst ourselves on the basis of Religion , Region, Caste, Creed, Class etc. The day is not for when we may break up geographically also.
- It is an essential pre-requisite for social and economic development.
- Communalism is the biggest challenge and great impediment to National Integration.
- Through propagation and practice of secularism, democracy and equality of treatment, the political parties can play a significant role in promoting National Integration
