It is a multi dimensional crisis affecting all walks of life from economic development, to moral and spiritual values. No Constitution how well it is written can become great.
It is only the people who work the constitution who can make it great.
Disregard for the constitutional propriety, rise of communalism, regionalism is threatening to derail the constitution.
Serious concern was expressed over the the steep decline in adherence to and practice of established democratic norms and convention.
