Conclusions

• There is a need to develop a proper attitude towards the problems of mental health, particularly in the context of the stresses and strains of modern life which manifests in the proliferation of psychological problems at all levels of Society.
• There is a need to generate awareness, to foster the traditional human values so as to achieve Peace and Harmony in the Family, the Society and the Country.
• There is a need to analyze all human illness on a bio-psycho-socio model.
• Emphasis to be on the need for right parental model and the proper attitude of all concerned - The School environment, the Community so as to ensure that the child as well as the adolescent is immunized from psychological trauma.
• There is a need to decrease the exam oriented problem amongst youth in order to reduce the anxiety levels.
