It is unfortunate the communalism bolstered by the political forces is taking root in our country. It is crucial that we nip the bud before it takes deeper roots.
Intercultural Courses should be started in schools and colleges to spread the message of love, compassion and goodwill.
Orientation courses for teachers should be organized to teach them the basics of secularism and humanism.
A new political system should be thought of which would liquidate the virus of communalism.
The political parties should come together on a common platform to denounce communalism and arrive on a consensus on remedial measures.
They should not exploit religious sentiments for political ends.
There should be arduous efforts aimed at removing economic disparity and unemployment.
Empty and undernourished bellies are more prone to exploitation. Containing the population explosion was imperative since it is neutralizing all economic development.
